Our Mission Statement

Ipswich Youth Soccer (IYS) is a non-profit, community-based volunteer organization dedicated to fostering a love of soccer in Ipswich children, their families and the larger community. IYS provides opportunities for children to play in both recreational and competitive settings.  Our members learn the importance of teamwork and determination. Within this culture, we teach fundamental skills, rules of the game, sportsmanship, and fair play to our coaches, players and families.

Program Objectives

IYS is not a win-at-all-cost organization. We strive to provide equal playing opportunities to all IYS players. The objectives of IYS include: 

• Offer accessible and equitable opportunities for all members of the Ipswich Youth Soccer community to play soccer. 
• Develop player capabilities regardless of skill level.
• Promote fun experiences through soccer gameplay in a safe environment.
• Guide and mentor children in teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience.
• Support development of the Ipswich Youth Soccer community through collaboration with coaches, parents, and related community organizations.
• Prepare players for soccer competition beyond IYS.

 Winter Opportunities

Registration is open for winter soccer opportunities!

This includes court & turf league competition, foot skills training, and goalie training for all-ages. Many of these opportunities will fill-up, or close to new applicants soon, so review and register as soon as possible if you are interested.
